Cancellation Information:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD50.00 charge. If the booking is made within the month of the date chosen or cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival, refunds will be made only if the full time of the accommodation is re-let.

Further Details:
The Mouses House featuring 12 cedar chalets, set in World Heritage rainforest, front onto two running streams. All Chalets are fully self-contained kitchens with Luxury linen, bathrobes, HD televisions, spa baths. Most chalets are built next to the cascading streams. Cosy wood fires add to a romantic stay only 50 minutes drive from Surfers Paradise.

The Mouses House is ideally located. They are within walking distance from national rainforest trails with spectacular waterfalls and stunning look outs. Walks range from four kilometres to 17 kilometres. Only 45 minutes from Surfers Paradise, Springbrook plateau will delight you with cafes, excellent restaurants, winery, glow worms, hand-made pottery and fudge shops. Short drive to horse riding or to the Natural Arch National Park.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane travel south on the Pacific Highway/M1 Motorway until exit 79. From the New South Wales or Coolangatta travel north on the Pacific Highway M1 until exit 80. Take this Robina/Mudgeeraba/ Springbrook Exit. Follow Springbrook signs through Mudgeeraba then follow Springbrook Road for approximately 35 minutes until you reach The Mouses House. They are nearly at the end of Springbrook Road. Points to past by after reaching Springbrook township is The Fudge Shop (do not turn right), School and pub, continue up the mountain on Springbrook road, they are two kilometres after Hardy's Lookout on the left. Best travelled only by private car or taxi.

Tariff Information:
A 20 per cent surcharge applies for Christmas, Easter and long weekends. Weekend tariffs apply for Friday and Saturday night and Saturday and Sunday night stays.
Mid week tariffs may include a weekend. Specials apply for five night stays from Sunday to Friday and seven night stays. Your deposit is required within seven days of booking or booking is cancelled.

An extra person may stay in any of the rooms at a rate of AUD40.00 per person per night.
