Set on a peaceful 50 acre bush land hilltop, Mt Cotton Guesthouse is an easy getaway. Recently declared the 'Boom-Ber-Pee Private Nature Refuge', the bushland here is listed as rare and endangered and has over 70 species of birds formally identified.

Ensuited rooms have modern facilities, quality fittings and fluffy doonas and dressing gowns. Full breakfasts are included as well as port, chocolates and cookies. Disabled:
They have only two steps to the house and wide corridors for wheelie walkers. They have large open plan areas. Most showers only have a small lip providing easy access. Grab rails are provided in most showers.

Pets Allowed:
Yes. Pets can be accommodated on the decks or balconies however due to allergies, are not permitted in the rooms.

Cancellation Information:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel for any reason more than one week prior to your stay, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel up to two days prior, you will receive a full refund less a AUD50.00 administration fee. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior you will forfeit the cost of the first night's stay.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane drive south on the Pacific Highway from the city or M1 Motorway from the airport and follow signs "To Gold Coast" for approximately 25 kilometres. Take Exit 30 "Cleveland via Redland Bay Road" you will also see a "Tourist Drive" sign which will take you right past the door.
Proceed straight through small roundabout and at the next large roundabout veer right following signs.
At the traffic lights about one kilometre along Redland Bay Road turn left into California Creek Road and drive approximately four kilometres to an intersection and turn left again still in California Creek road. Drive another two kilometres to an intersection where you turn left again into West Mount Cotton with signs at the entry.

From the Gold Coast drive north along the M1 Motorway and follow the "Brisbane" signs for about 35 kilometres.
Take Exit 30 "Cleveland via Redland Bay Road" you will also see a "Tourist Drive" sign which will take your right past the door.
Proceed straight through small roundabout and at the next large roundabout veer right following signs.
At the traffic lights about one kilometre along Redland Bay Road turn left into California Creek Road and drive approximately four kilometres to an intersection and turn left again still in California Creek road. Drive another two kilometres to an intersection where you turn left again into West Mount Cotton Road. The guesthouse is approximately two kilometres from this turn on the right after the sharp turn.

Opening Hours:
Reception open from 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., seven days a week. Reception can be open at other times by prior arrangement.

Tariff Information:
Special rates available for pre-paid Friday to Sunday and pre-paid Monday to Thursday, please contact operator for rates.
Seniors Discount of 15 per cent off total stay for stays of three nights or more.
Business Rate is for one person staying at least three nights from Monday to Thursday only. Continental breakfast only, please contact the operator for rates.
