Larger than average two and three bedroom self-contained holiday apartments offer pure comfort. Each apartment is fan cooled (some upgraded apartments have air-conditioning at an extra cost AUD45.00 per week if agreed by the owner).

The entire rooftop is dedicated to an entertainment area comprising of one sauna, a large family spa and north and south facing barbecue area. Panoramic views of the Gold Coast and Hinterland complete this outstanding area. The complex features landscaped gardens, outdoor barbecue area and entertainment area, and a large outdoor heated swimming pool. Perfectly located, each apartment overlooks the beautiful patrolled beaches of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach.

Broadbeach Viscount cater for families with children of all ages. They have a heated swimming pool and a spa for everyone to enjoy. The apartments are above average size. All baby needs, for example cot and stroller, are available for hire. Some apartments are wheel chair friendly.

Disabled:
Access is available for guests with a disability. Lifts available to each floor except rooftop.

Cancellation Information:
Deposit of 25 per cent non refundable. Guests are responsible for half of the accommodation costs for bookings cancelled within two weeks. The guest is liable for the full amount when the booking is cancelled within 72 hours.

Restrictions:
NRMA, RACQ and RACV discount does not apply in shoulder or peak season. A block-out period applies over the Christmas and Boxing Day week. Tariffs are not available for this period. Proof of NRMA, RACQ or RACV membership must be provided.

Further Details:
Air-conditioning in a few upgraded apartments at Managers discretion AUD45.00 extra per week most apartments are fan controlled with a lovely ocean breeze.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. Keep heading south along the highway. Turn left into First Avenue at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Continue to the end of the Street. Cream coloured building on the beach. From Gold Coast Airport head north toward Surfers Paradise - after the Gold Coast Convention Centre - First Avenue is on your right. Turn into First Avenue before the Crown Plaza Hotel and continue to the end of the street. Cream coloured building on the beach.

Opening Hours:
Office hours Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Saturday 8.30 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. Sunday and Public Holidays closed. Guests arriving outside those hours need to contact office during office hours to obtain after hours entry instructions. (A current credit card and registration details must be provided before the after hours instructions are given.)

Tariff Information:

Small balcony but large enough to sit and watch the ocean as you relax in the comfort of fan cooled apartments and natural ocean breeze. Bedding configuration one queen and two single beds. Foxtel is available and Broadband also available. This can be purchased with a credit card on a time lapse basis. Hair dryer available at reception for no charge.

They invite you to their paradise - relax with the comfort of ceiling fans (no air-conditioning) enjoy the natural breeze. Choose from bedding configuration of two queen beds and two singles or one queen and four singles (subject to availability). Foxtel and Broadband available. Broadband can be purchased with a current credit card and is on a time lapse basis. Hairdryer available at reception no charge.
