A place to relax by the pool and only a short walk to the Broadwater for a spot of fishing. They now have mooring bollards for your boat. Enjoy a barbecue under the palm trees by the pool. Bayview Waters is very close to a major shopping centre and only a short stroll to the Runaway Bay Sports Centre. They welcome all sports teams.

Bayview Waters is centrally located to theme parks, Surfers Paradise, outlet shopping stores and golf courses. All apartments are two bedroom, two bathroom and are fully self contained. It is close to a wide selection of restaurants and safe swimming at Paradise Point and Labrador is available within a very short drive. Tour desk facilities are available on site. The Runaway Bay Marina is a short distance away where you can catch a ride to Stradbroke Island.

Cancellation Information:
If the booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD30.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD30.00 will be deducted from the deposit and held before the remainder is refunded.

Further Details:
There will be no refund due if guests are asked to leave the premises due to contravening body corporate by-laws and one written warning notice has been given.

How To Get There:
From the Pacific Motorway take exit 57 (Hope Island / Oxenford) and follow signs to Labrador. When you reach the Oxley / Lae round-a-bout, turn left (at Subway), proceed along Lae Drive, go through the next round-a-bout (Morala Avenue) and turn right at the Bayview Street round-a-bout. Continue along Bayview Street and Jennifer Avenue is the next street on left just over the canal bridge.

Tariff Information:
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of AUD100.00 will confirm a one week booking during the low season. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated). The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing refund cheque with cover letter and meeting bank charges.
Extra persons AUD30.00 per night. Cots and highchairs are available AUD30.00 each for up to seven nights.

Standard Room

All apartments are two bedroom, two bathroom and are fully self-contained. There is a washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. Apartments are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. There are two balconies or courtyards.
