A booking fee of one nights accommodation will be charged for no shows or cancellations. All guests must present an international passport at checkin desk as part of the identification policy. Guests must be 18 years or older. All internet booking should include arrival times. Sorry no checkin or check outs on Christmas and New Years Day. The office closes at 10.00 p.m., and late checkins after this time should be pre-arranged.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane Airports - Get the train from the Airport to Helensvale Station on the Gold Coast. Get a Surfside Bus (Yellow Local Bus) the 709 or the 715 to Southport. Get off at Australia Fair Shopping Centre or at Owens Lane Stop on Scarborough Street, Trekkers is a short walk from there.
From Coolangatta Airport - Catch the 700 bus to Surfers Paradise Transit Centre and then call from the Backpacker desk and staff will collect you. You can also get the Gold Coast Shuttle Bus (big orange buses) which is a door-to-door service directly to Trekkers for under AUD20.00.
