Children are welcome when travelling with their families for a short stay in the family rooms. Although they don't have specific facilities available for children, they are welcome to use the rooftop pool, television lounge and games room that has snooker, table tennis and games machines available. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

All guests when checking into Adventurers Resort must show photo identification and pay a AUD20.00 key deposit. Smoking is not permitted in any rooms. Guests are to respect all facilities onsite and have a courteous manner towards all others staying at the resort. Adventurers Resort is a very big, multi-purpose built travellers accommodation that can cater for all types of travellers and groups large or small.

How To Get There:
Adventurers Resort provides a courtesy bus pick up between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. from all city locations including the transit centre and train station. From the airport the airport shuttle bus or taxi's are available at an additional cost. Pick-ups and drop offs are provided for all guests when booked at reception. Adventurers Resort is within walking distance of the central business district and to Townsville's lovely Strand.
