Cancellation Information:
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.

Restrictions:
No reservation will be accepted or guaranteed, unless a valid credit card number, cardholders name and card expiry date are supplied at the time the reservation is made. AUD200.00 deposit will be debited against the credit card within seven days of confirmation of reservation.

Further Details:
During specified school holidays a minimum stay of five nights applies.

How To Get There:
The resort is seven kilometres north of Surfers Paradise, straight up the Gold Coast Highway. Take the exit 62 (Helensvale) off the M1 and follow Brisbane Road. Turn left at waters edge.

Tariff Information:
Concession rates must be supported by appropriate documentation.
Children aged from zero to two years of age are no charge when using existing bedding.
