Acadia Beach Guest House is only 20 minutes by ferry from mainland Townsville. The beachside guesthouse, overlooking peaceful Geoffrey Bay, is centrally located within walking distance of shops, walking tracks and attractions. A free pick-up, at Magnetic Island Ferry Terminal, gets you to the guesthouse within five minutes of arrival.
The guesthouse and adjoining beach house features a distinct Queensland character designed to suit the tropical island lifestyle. Spacious timber decks, entertaining areas and covered patios with barbecues and lounges, provide the setting for fun, carefree holidays. Different holiday styles and budgets are catered for with a variety of rooms and facilities.

How To Get There:
The Arcadia Beach Guest House is only five minutes five from the ferry terminal. A free pick-up and drop-off is available to all guests. Alternatively, simply take the bus from the terminal to Arcadia and the driver will drop you near the front door.

Tom's Beach House
Traditional Queensland beach house, named 'Tom's Place', overlooks the beach at beautiful Geoffrey Bay and features a poolside entertainment area with ocean views. The beach house also has a covered rear patio with barbecue and pizza oven. Two bedrooms have queen beds, television and DVD player, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove. Two bathrooms one with a bath and linen is included.

The Studio Suite is otherwise known as 'Alma Bay' is on the ground floor suite, with French doors opening to a deck area, which overlooks the beach. The room features a lounge with fold-down divan (sleeps two), king size bed, ensuite with bath, kitchenette and dining with microwave, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, television, airconditioning and ceiling fans.
