Cancellation Information:
Low Season: No cancellation fee is booking is cancelled eight days or more prior to travel. One night cancellation fee if cancelled seven days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
Peak Season: No cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled eight days or more prior to travel. One night cancellation fee if cancelled seven days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
Short Notice Bookings: For bookings made less than 10 days prior to travel, a 48 hour period is allowed for the client to make the full payment. If the payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled. In these circumstances, cancellation fees will not be paid.

How To Get There:
Situated on the eastern side of Sheridan Street on the northern side of town only two kilometres from the city centre. 10 minutes by taxi from airport, train or bus terminal.

Tariff Information:
Infants aged zero to three years are free, children aged four to 14 are charged at adults rates.
