Cancellation Policy
Low Season - Cancellations advised with 24 hours notice are fully refundable less an AUD30.00 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 24 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
High/Peak Seasons - Cancellations advised with 21 hours notice are fully refundable less an AUD30.00 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 21 hours of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
If less than the above mentioned notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds or credit will be given. This also applies for all date changes/booking alterations. Failure to notify cancellation will result in forfeit of any deposit held.
How To Get There
Treasure Island Holiday Park is located right in the tourist capital of Australia, Queensland's fabulous Gold Coast. The Park is seven kilometres north of Surfers Paradise and 70 kilometres south of Brisbane. Biggera Waters is located on the edge of the Gold Coast's beautiful Broadwater and is a booming Queensland holiday location.
Take Exit 62 (Helensvale South/Labrador) from the M1 Motorway. This road is Brisbane Road/Gold Coast Highway. Treasure Island is six kilometres on the left from the turnoff.
From the Gold Coast Airport: Bus, taxi, and hire car services available from baggage collection area.
