Cancellation Information:
High Season:
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00 per apartment. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.
Mid and Low Season:
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00 per apartment. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.
Short Notice Bookings: Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee AUD50.00 per apartment will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
How To Get There
Travelling south from Brisbane along The Gold Coast Highway turn left into Frederick Street and enter The Regent Apartments rear entrance or continue along and turn left onto Garfield Terrace and take the next left into Aubrey Street and continue along to the front entrance of The Regent Apartments on your left.
Travelling north from Coolangatta along The Gold Coast Highway turn right at Fern Street and follow straight through the roundabout turning left onto Garfield Terrace and then turn second left into Aubrey Street and continue along to the front entrance of The Regent Apartments on your left.
