Cancellation Policy
In the event of a guest cancelling a booking a refund of the deposit less 12 per cent of the first weeks rent will only be made if more than 30 days notice is given for a booking in the peak and shoulder seasons. 14 days notice is required for a booking in the low season and if the apartment is re-let for the total period. If the apartment is not re-let for the total period all monies paid are forfeited.
