Cancellation Information:
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled more than 30 days prior to expected to arrival, 12 per cent of the total accommodation will be deducted from the deposit.
If cancelled less than 30 days prior to expected arrival, a refund will only be given in the event that the apartment is relet less 12 per cent of the total accommodation cost for administration costs. In the event that a guest may reduce the length of their stay after check-in - no refund or credits will be issued.

How To Get There:
Airport Shuttle available from Gold Coast Airport. Shuttle and Airtrain Service available from Brisbane Airport, book when booking accommodation. Driving on the Pacific Highway, take Exit 62 stay on this road, Brisbane Road right to the Broadwater and Sandcastles is on your right, car park entry off Parker Street. Driving from Gold Coast Airport follow the main coast highway to six kilometres north of Surfers Paradise.

Please note that after arrival, if clients check out for whatever reason, the amount to be refunded is at the property manager's discretion. Full fees can and may be withheld.
Please also note that for two persons staying in one bedroom apartments who wish to use twin bedding, the three person rate will apply.
Child rates are AUD25.00 per child per night.
