This unique bed and breakfast luxury rural retreat is the place to escape, rest and play. A home away from home that consists of a Grand Federation building and two self contained cottages (Settlers/Treehouse), with spectacular views over the beautiful Swanfels Valley. Location is only 15 minutes from Warwick or approximately two hours from Brisbane.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane or Toowoomba turn left into Yangan Road before crossing the Condamine River at Warwick. From Warwick travel across Condamine River and turn right into Yangan Road. Continue on this road to Yangan Village. At the end of Yangan Village veer left into Swanfels Road. R on the Downs is located 2.5 kilometres from intersection.
