Cancellation Information:
Cancellations should be made in writing by e-mail, fax or letter.
Cancellations received 28 days or more prior to date of arrival will be refunded in full, less AUD50.00 administration fee.
For cancellations received less than 28 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show, the total tariff of the booking will be charged.
They strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Hotel Pick-up:
Just email them with your flight details and they can arrange on your behalf, a bus transfer from Cairns International or Cairns Domestic airport to Port Douglas Retreat. Cost is AUD35 per person one way.

How To Get There:
Bus transfers can be arranged from Cairns Airport or Cairns train station. For the self drive guests, a beautiful coastal drive awaits you. From Cairns drive along the Captain Cook highway and turn right in Davidson Street - the main street into Port Douglas. Mowbray Street is the last street on the left-hand side before you drive into Macrossan Street. Port Douglas Retreat is on the left-hand side.
