There is a No Party Policy. For the consideration of their other Guests, M on Mary Apartments has a strict "No Party Policy". Violation of this policy will result in eviction from the building and additional cleaning charges.

All rooms have a high step into shower over the bath; step stools are available from reception upon request, if available.
Upon departure, guests understand that all key cards provided must be returned to Front Office staff, and not left in the room. Failure to do so will mean the key charge of AUD55.00 per key card will apply, as well as a late check out fee of AUD66.00.
The guest understands that should they set the fire alarm off in the Building they may be charged the AUD950.00 callout fee that the Queensland Fire Service applies to M on Mary Apartment Hotel for "false" callouts.
M on Mary is a smoke-free building, a non-compliance a decontamination fee of AUD250.00 will apply if you smoke in the room.
M on Mary Apartments abides by and respects the Traveller Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001. M on Mary shall not be liable to any guest for any loss, damage, or destruction to any property brought upon these premises by the said guests or invitees. Without limiting the forgoing personal property shall include money, jewellery and other personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises, Travel Insurance is recommended.

How To Get There
Located in Mary Street in Brisbane's Central Business District, which is just off George and Albert Street.
Check-in time is 2.00 p.m. The majority of their rooms are not available before this time. If you need an earlier check-in please contact reception the day before your arrival date and they will endeavour to make every effort to get your apartment ready for your arrival. They cannot guarantee this.
Check-out time is 10.00 a.m. Should you require a later check-out you will need to contact Reception the night before your departure to confirm availability. A fee of AUD66.00 applies to late check outs up to 12:30 p.m. After this, a full night's accommodation will be incurred.
Reception Hours is open 24 hours however they do lock the front doors to guests only after 11.00 p.m. until 6.00 a.m. Should you arrive during this time please use the intercom located at the front door or call reception.
No animals are allowed in the apartment or building at any time.
A credit card pre-authorisation and a copy of photo identification in the name of the guest is required at check-in. Any damage, unpaid accounts or incidentals will be charged to this Credit Card. Check-in is not permitted without a valid credit card and photo identification.
Accommodation payment is processed at the time reservation is made.
A credit card Surcharge fee will be taken from a Visa and MasterCard cards of 1.5 per cent, and Amex and Diners Club cards of 3.5 per cent.
