Access Tour
Grosvenor in Cairns has a fully operational full Tour desk with information on all day tours available in Cairns and their experienced local staff can give you free advice on what the various tours offer and can also make any bookings you require at 'no cost to you'. They have put together a number of tours packages comprising the tours which, from experience, are the types of tours most guests wish to undertake, however the needs of every guest differs and if you provide them with more detail regarding the types of tours you would like to do they will put together an individual tour package that meets just your needs. There are tours that involve white water rafting, hot air ballooning, horse riding, bungijumping, four wheel drive coach tours to the Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation area, Reef tours that include an introductory scuba dive, helicopter or light plane scenic flights or the slower paced tours through the tablelands taking in various waterfalls and rainforest attractions.

Underground parking (up to 2.1 metres height) for their guests who have a motor vehicle and they have security access to the building after 7.00 p.m. Parking is also available on site for vehicles with a height greater than 2.1 metres.
Cancellation Policy
Your booking payments; less an administration fee of AUD50.00 is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled eight days or more prior to your scheduled date of arrival. Grosvenor in Cairns is happy to accept Visa and, Mastercard They can accept American Express subject to a 3.5 per cent surcharge.
Entity Facilities
One of the facilities of the complex which you will love is the Solar Heated Pool with its own water feature and spa. At the present time the pool water temperature is between 26 and 30 degrees. The pool area also has a free barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture as well as shower and toilet facilities.
Hire cars can be arranged for you from as little as AUD.45.00 per day for a hire period of seven or more days, or AUD49.00 per day for a hire period of between four and six days. A budget two door vehicle would cost from AUD45.00 per day or an economy four door vehicle would cost from AUD55.00 per day, or a medium sized vehicle would cost from AUD65.00 per day (all based on a hire period of seven or more days). Hire costs include insurance and unlimited kilometres. The standard insurance excess is AUD1,750.00 but for an extra payment of AUD15.00 per day the excess is reduced to AUD385.00.

How To Get There
Grosvenor in Cairns is located on the Corner of Grove Street and McLeod Street and enjoys a central location on the northern fringe of the city.
Driving directions from airport or Port Douglas: Travelling into Cairns on the Bruce Highway (Sheridan Street), turn right into Grove Street immediately after passing the Captain Cook statue. Grosvenor in Cairns is immediately on your left.
From Cairns Central and Railway Station: Travelling north on McLeod Street, turn right at the second roundabout (Grove Street). The Grosvenor in Cairns is immediately on your right.
From South on Highway: Turn left onto McLeod Street at the first lights after the railway crossing. Turn right at the second roundabout (Grove Street). The Grosvenor in Cairns is immediately on your right.
For complimentary taxi transfers from the airport or city, (which are offered in conjunction with any stays of three nights or more at standard rate) take the first available Black and White cab. These elegant Studio Apartments are spacious and have a Queen bed, a private bathroom (ensuite) with a shower and bath, dining table and two dining chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster, crockery and cutlery for two people, and a small refrigerator, iron and ironing board, temperature control air-conditioning and free Austar (Cable) television with 15 channels including Fox Sports and movies. Wireless Internet access is available in all apartments via a third party provider (MyPort). A daily service is included in the tariff which includes fresh towels and rubbish removal.
