Cancellation Policy
Peak Season: If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD30.00.
If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD30.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
Shoulder and Low Season: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD30.00.
If you have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we believe you deserve a break. An administration fee of AUD30.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
How To Get There
From Captain Cook Highway turn right to Port Douglas on Port Douglas Road which becomes Davidson Street. At the 'T' intersection of Macrossan Street turn right and Coral Sea Villas is number 68, the second building on the left.
Tariff Text
Confirmed bookings:
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of AUD200.00 will confirm a booking during high, mid and low seasons. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival.
The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.
Additional person AUD25.00 per night. Children under two years free.

Standard Villa
All villas have ground floor entry. The ground floor has a spacious open plan full kitchen, dining and lounge area catering for up to six people. The lounge area is fully glazed and opens into a courtyard garden with outdoor eating facilities. To relax in room they provide comfortable four seater couches, some with chaise and have large screen televisions with a DVD and Austar channels. Upstairs the master bedroom has a balcony which overlooks a tropical courtyard garden. The second bedroom has twin king single beds which can be zipped to form a king double and Austar television and DVD. The bathroom/
laundry is situated between the bedrooms with walk-in shower. All rooms are airconditioned and free undercover parking is available on site.

Deluxe Villa
Deluxe villas are multi-level ground floor entry apartments. All have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The ground floor bedroom overlooks a courtyard garden with two king singles or a zipped king double bed. This bedroom has Austar Television and a DVD. On the first floor the bathroom/laundry features a walk in shower, vanity and toilet, clothes dryer and washing machine. Also on this level the open plan living, dining/kitchen has full glazing to the east opening onto a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, hot plates, cutlery, crockery and cookware. The lounge/dining area features a four seater sofa/chaise, Television and DVD and a dining setting for six guests. Above the lounge is a loft with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.
