Close to all Theme Parks, short 15-20 minute drive. Swimming Lagoon in Broadwater, safe for children to swim. Play ground and fish and chip shop all next to one another. Walking and bike tracks along the Broadwater. Ideal for families to be together. Picnic and barbecue areas, lots of space to play ball games. South to them in Southport new Broadwater Parklands, pier for the keen fishermen, play ground for children, ideal swimming area for toddlers to 4 year olds, Life saver on duty. Great place to take your children for a day out. Champelli Palms an ideal place for your next family holiday.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of booking 28 days or more for mid and high season and 14 days or more for low season prior to the planned date of arrival will result in the refund of the deposit less an administration fee of AUD55.00.
Cancellation later then the above specified number of days will result in no refund unless and until the apartment is relet for the entire period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD55.00 will be deducted. There is no refund in the event of a shortened stay.
How To Get There
From both Brisbane and Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airports take the Pacific Highway. Take the Helensvale South 62 Exit to Labrador/Southport. After 10 kilometres you arrive at the Broadwater follow the road to the right. Pass the Grand Hotel and Champelli Palms is 500 metres on the left. Corner Whiting Street (opposite BP Petrol Station).
