Baffle Creek Caravan and Camping Park is the only caravan park on the beautiful Baffle Creek with abundant wildlife, a pristine river, good fishing, large powered sites with ensuites, huge camping areas, an undercover barbecue, laundry, kiosk, bait, ice, groceries, and, nearby, a beautiful sandy beach with four wheel drive access and no stingers or crocs. There is a relaxing atmosphere with quiet surrounds - a great place to unwind and get back to nature.
... moreThe park covers 23 acres, so there is room for walking tracks, bike riding, football and cricket. The park has its own boat ramp for access to the massive Baffle Estuary, where you can tangle with a barra or a jack or one of the many other species that frequent these waters. Baffle Creek has been identified by Qld Fisheries research as having by far the largest populations of mangrove jack on the east coast of Queensland. Plenty of mudcrabs and prawns too. The wildlife is prolific. Awake to the sound of a brolga, with a kangaroo or a burdekin duck outside your door. Check out the amazing fireflies, and there are heaps of sea turtles.

How To Get There
Coming from the south, drive into Bundaberg and follow the signs to Gin Gin. Along Gin Gin Road after crossing the railway lines, take the next right onto Lowmead Road to Rosedale/ Town of 1770. 65 kilometres further, take a right hand turn into Hills Road, go over Baffle creek and continue to follow the signs to Rules Beach.
From the North, turn of the Bruce Highway towards Agnes Waters/1770 at Miriam Vale. At the fingerboard intersection turn towards Bundaberg. Approximately 10 kilometres further on turn left into hills road and follow the signs to Baffle Creek/Rules Beach.
You will go over a single lane bridge, take a right hand turn after the bridge and read your speedometer, you have 13.84 kilometres to go. Baffle Creek Caravan and Camping Park is on the right hand side just three kilometres from Rules Beach.
